  • Orders are processed during business hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 WIB, Saturday 09:00-13:00 WIB
  • Order confirmation and payment details are provided via WhatsApp
  • Processing times vary by product availability and shipping destination

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Payment Methods

  • E-wallet payments (if applicable)
  • No payment processing on website for security reasons

6.2 Payment Confirmation

  • Orders are processed only after payment confirmation is received
  • Proof of payment must be submitted via WhatsApp
  • Payment must be completed within 48 hours of order confirmation

6.3 Pricing and Currency

  • All payments must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
  • Foreign currency payments are not accepted on this website

7. Shipping and Delivery

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hongsam Ink Indonesia regarding the use of this website. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or negotiations between the parties.
